[Resolved] Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — Wrong ticket booked and staff misbehaviour after asking for refund

On 28.05.17 at INOX Dhanbad, Movie ticket for show at 3:25 PM was asked. Time of booking was 1 PM . ticket was booked for 12:40 PM show. When asked for the correct ticket, counter staff plainly lied that ticket for 12:40 show was asked. When matter was discussed with the manager, he behaved no differently. Very rude, money minded and unapologetic staff.
