I have order a furniture from insaraf.com from rajasthan to moradabad the product reached at location on 9th sep, i found the product damaged and opened as the moradabad branch dont have proper vehicle to send it to my house so they opened it, i refuse to take delivery.
After two months of followup and request them either send with another courier or refund my money they again send the product with safeexperss and i received the product on 11 th november which is again damaged 5 of its parts are damaged including the wood part.
I again start the procedure to call but each time i get a new reply sometime they say they are talking to senior for replacement and sometime say carpenter will visit. They have made me mentally disturb as i am wasting my money and effort to these fraud company.
I need a solution as its been a 3 month.
