Insasta.com — bluetooth speaker order not yet delivered

The blootuth speaker from insasta.com was ordered with order no. 358315 and order date is 06-10-19. There is no facility to track orders in this website. Many times email and call customer care but no reply was given and the phone number is not valid at all. This website is a fake website.
I want to cancel this order, so far no reply from insasta.com has been made. My 408 rs. Is stuck
