Instagram — Not reactivating my instagram account after deactivating my account

hello, I am Soumya dosi Instagram id - (somya_dosi), my account has been disabled from Instagram and Facebook, because of some violation done by my friend in my id.
please it's my request to reactivate my Instagram and Facebook account.
