Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — amount failure

I applied online for ibps common written examination for clerical cadre 2017"on date - 14/09/2017 near about 10 pm. I had entered all my details and when go for submit via online transaction through my sbi account it shows me your online transaction is failed but they deduct 102.6/- rupees from my sbi bank acoount. Either you refeund me my money or this form will complete with paid amount please do something.

(2) registration no.-[protected]

I also attached phtot of failure transaction. Please do something.
