Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — while filling ibps po iii exam, form transaction failed but amount debited from my bank account

I have applied for ibps po vii but while doing online payment process my transaction gets failed and also amount was deducted from my icici bank account (Debit card).

Please check and do the needful. I need my money back (Refundable).
