Institute Of Clinical Research India [Icri] — salary not paid

Myself dr somnath mondal, worked as a faculty cr at icri, bangalore march - april, 2017. I have resigend from the institution 4th week of april, 2016 due to the non payment of salary. The unpaid salary is still pending.
I had telephonic conversions with mr duggal (Senior) and hr. They have sent me the mail for full and final settlement. However, they never paid me the amount. Every time they used to say they need 1 more week. Till date it is still unpaid. Kindly help me to recover the amount.
