[Resolved]  GGS College of Modern Technology — Refund of Admission Fee, Counselling fee of GNDU, Amritsar and college security

I admitted in Guru Gobind Singh College of Modern Technalogy (Kharar, District Mohali) in 2007 in Master Degree (MBA) Registration No. 7505 dated 02/08/2007. I have stayed their for 2 months. Due to some personal circumstances i discontinued this course. I have paid the Admission Fees Rs. 37168/-. I have paid the counselling fee Rs. 10000/- in Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, but Rs. 7500/- was refundable by the college where i got admission, even then they have not refund Rs. 7500/- to me. I have also paid Bus Fee (Transport Fees) Rs. 7500/-. Until they have not refund me any fee (Admission Fee, University Counselling Fee, Transport Fee and College Security).
