Mats University Raipur — Leaving Certificate

Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to know you that I was done my BCA 1st year at this University, then after second year I paid my Half course fees, due to some reason I could not attend class and after 1 month from start date I informed college management to issue leaving certificate and caution deposit, They told me that I have to pay total full year course fees, before they will give me any of these.

So, kindly please help me to do further action about this university.

I hope you would consider about it.
