[Resolved]  Regional College of Polytechnic — Fraud case to make money and run student-future

My name is Shashvat Singh. I have been the victim of falsification with intent to defraud by a distance education center, Vinayaka Institute (under distance learning from EIILM University-Sikkim), VTM, 1/142, Vishwas Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow. This institute has now renamed as Regional College of Polytechnic (web site: www.rcpindia.in, email ids: [protected]@rediffmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com [protected]@rediffmail.com) and shifted to Munshi Pulia, behind Pani Gaon Palace, Indira Nagar Lucknow 226016 Contact: [protected], [protected],[protected] being managed by same person, Mr. Rajesh Prasad ([protected]). Narrative descriptions of past events are as follow:

I have completed BCA through lateral entry (Enrol No-EIILMU/10/S2523) from there in 2011 as per final year provisional mark sheet provided by Mr. Rajesh Prasad. He had hold my final year mark sheet & degree for last more than one year and demanding for extortion of Rs. 25000 /- more to get things cleared from there and release my mark sheet. I have paid as per Mr. Rajesh Prasad apart from fee also. After so many follow-ups, he started giving baseless reasons, “University is not going to accept your candidature because you are diploma holder and you have not done Intermediate (Class-12th)”. Sir, on the basis of my 4 year Integrated Diploma course (1 year exclusively AutoCAD course) in year 2009 from Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology, under the department of chemicals and petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India, Lucknow, I have been given admission by Mr. Rajesh Prasad through lateral entry, as diploma is the main eligibility criteria for lateral entry (direct second year) admission in BCA, Class-12th is not criteria. That’s why I got direct admission in BCA second year through lateral entry and got IInd year BCA mark sheet from there. I have BCA IInd year mark sheet in original, BCA Enrolment certificate from EIILM University and provisional mark sheet of final year, fee receipt etc., in support of my confirmed admission from the EIILM University which I can show at any time.

For the follow-ups of my final year mark sheet, I have also contacted head office of EIILM University at Noida (Ms. Divya, World Education Mission, E-217, Sector-63, Noida[protected], 4820501, [protected], 4107875, [protected], [protected], [protected]@wem.ind.in; www.wemission.net). First she replied over phone the same words as per Mr. Rajesh Prasad, it seems that they both are together in counterfeiting & forging, after so many follow-ups she averted saying that she has sent my mark sheet to Mr. Rajesh Prasad as on 7/2/2013 through courier but she didn’t become agree to tell courier detail. Till date I had not received my final year Mark Sheet and Degree, I also requested to Mr. Rajesh Prasad to refund my all money paid him for this course as I am stuck between these two, Mr. rajesh and Ms. Divya.

Sir, I am not able to apply any job and future seems to be in obscurity as I lost extra more than one and half year (apart from BCA course) in this unproductive work. My future is being ruined. Kindly help me, I will be highly thankful to you and always be grateful.
