[Resolved] Symbiosis International University — Unprofessional behavior of student support staffs and hassles to students | |||
SCDL... the money minting university. They have a so called Student Support Center wherein the staffs yell, misbehave when they are questioned over the phone, yet SCDL asks to call their helpline for any queries!!! SCDL management , can you train your staffs to be polite and patient with the students? Talk about their Student Support helpline (e-mail), your queries are never answered through e-mails. Same holds good for the Grievance cell. Log into their Student Center portal, what an unprofessional look of the website. No standard font size, no relevant updates (irrelevant updates as old as 1 year still show up), with no proper e-learning sessions available for all the subjects of your diploma. With the experience that I have with SCDL for the past 3 years, I am thoroughly appalled with their unprofessionalism although I had big hopes from this institute, and would never recommend anyone to get admission to any of the programs of SCDL. To add to the agony, they charge double the fees to the International students as charged to the domestic students but ultimately you are left in doom after paying hefty fees for an invaluable diploma and get yelled at by their uncultured, rude and uneducated Student support staffs. I have thought to do PGDRM ( Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Management ).
But after looking the comments and all . Now I am thinking wether
should I do it or not from Symbiosis .
