Dear Sir,
I have booked Scissor Sofa Cum bed Size:9'X5' feet against order no PS-071 Dtd 18.04.2015.The measurements & selection of cloth material is carried out by Mr Richard Dicosta on 03.05.15.During booking I paid Rs 5, 000/- & while measurement & selection of cloth paid Rs 15, 000/- in Cash.
Due to non receipt of possesion I asked you on 10/07/15 to supply sofa in month of August.I also visited your factory located @ undri, Pune on 14.08.15 & spoke to Mr Dilip to know the status of our booked Sofa.
But till today not get the status of manufacturing as well as delivery date of sofa.
Mr Kunal, your guys are not even picking up phones, they are not providing any firm delivery date. Not ready to return money nor to deliver the Sofa. Amost 4 Months are over and I even dont know when I will get my Sofa?
I request you to look in to this matter & confirm the status at your earliest.

We had suffered the same way as you. If you know the address of their so called 'factory', which would basically be a workshop of someone who takes orders from them and makes the furniture, go there and refuse to leave unless you get your furniture. threaten with police action. It means things can get unpleasant but its better than losing your hard earned money to these thugs. they may shout at you but you can be sure they are afraid of the police.
try it if you don't want to lose your money. and go ahead and file a complaint. Police will help you get your money or the furniture.
