My wife was admitted the hospital on 26.12.2012 and discharged on 29.12.2012 in deepak memorial hospital and medical centre,delhi,while admitting the patient they approved the claim and then refuses cash less claim later.then i made the payment to the hospital and send the documents to paramount for refund.now they sayes patient was only admitted for oral medication.how can deepak memorial doctors will admit patient only for check up.patient was very serious condition while admitting the hospital.please advice me what to do for getting back my claim amount.
