Intellipaat — No proper training , response , class, support ,fake promises

I have joined for E&ICT MNIT, Jaipur’s PG Certification in Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking, on Jan 10 2022, during admission they made lot of promises which they're not keeping it up they mention classes will be regularly taken on weekends Saturday and Sunday from 8 PM to 11 PM but in the beginning itself it was just one and a half hour session and trainers or not actually IIT professors, now they say that I have opted for a different course in which IIT professors or not a part of it IIT professors are taking some other courses which I haven't opted, the trainers who take classes or not actual ethical hackers who work in this field most of the times what ever they try to teach there is no proper result to that and they say you can do you should do some R&D, where in if the trainer himself doesn't get the result how would I get the result I tried to tell them this from the beginning itself but they do not respond to calls messages text when I called person named Nischay he was my point of contact whenever we reach him he says he's on leave he's a he's on sick leave he's not well he will try to give me a call by evening or next day and it every day they push this away and they call you and time after 9PM 10 PM, they also ask timing when is a proper time to call you when we give the timing they have never responded on that particular time always the call at nights and start doing drama your voice is not audible not clear such things and then disconnect every time someone else calls different person different person we have to explain them each and every thing from the beginning this makes such a mess and so hard to us

They say they refund policy is we should ask refund within a week and have stated them cyber security classes started after two weeks that is after four classes four classes where first two classes were Linux, Python for two classes, then came the trainer who is supposed to take CEH on third week and it was fifth class on that day it was just his introduction our introduction and what are the topics he is going to cover that was just 1 1/2 hour session
And their policy states if we are not satisfied we should ask for refund within a week that is within first two classes there is no logic at all, how can someone ask for refund on this time period when the actual classes were not started at all and they do not state this in the beginning during admission I have paid Rs.86, 000 and for the past few months I'm trying to reach them over call message what's up and now email and they're responding aft one or two days and each and every time it is a different person they will call and ask what is the issue you are facing I have sent them each and every thing on the mail itself they do not read that they directly callers and ask each and every time it is so hard to explain it to them and again they say it is company policy company policy

Completely waste of time nothing to learn nothing gained wasted weekends mentally irritation for entire week
I'm not even concentrate on our work when such thing happens and they say you need to put in more efforts more efforts during weekdays this is the reason we ask only for weekend batch if we can do things on week days we would have opted for weekday classes things the teacher all already on YouTube there are lot of videos which are there for free and these people charge so much and they don't even give proper response

Today Morning Someone from support team named mohammed farooq said he will assist me by 12 someone will call me, if not wait till 2 and call on support and ask for me now my number directly goes to no voice mail extension and disconnects
