Hi,
I had enrolled for Advanced Data Science course with downpayment of RS.75000/- from my credit card ( sales Representaive : AKANSHA ). However, as i was not able to manage my EMI's, I reached out for fiancial aid from my gaurdians. They understood the situation and told that they will be able to support on the basises of directly transfering the amount to course center. Post receving the amount from their end, the Intellipaat can reimburse my money back. I spoke to sales represntative asthe support team told to talk to her only. However, did not get any help from her. I asked her to arrange a call from her manager, which I have been following for 3 days now and haven't received any call till date.
Why is it so difficult to just help on this small thing?. My friends who has stuck in similar situation across other course centers like upgrade or geeklurn, they have got complete support. But, Here they seem to be least bothered about their students apart from marketing and sales. Was this information helpful? |
