Im Raising request for the 2nd time here, the Manager Dipali from intellipaat made me close the consumer complaint request forcibly saying only then she will work on my case, like everytime she spoke promisingly and never returned, im startled that there is no hierarchy or a team who can solve on agreed terms with customer, to add the manager puts somuch of energy arguing with me but fails to work or solve on my concern, This team has tortured me by not attending or taking up the case the way its supposed to be taken, the next will be a police compliant against this intellipaat for dry handing a customer who has come for change of course, the tie with a finance company never responds to intellipaat and they have no good contacts with them to close cases like mine, is it right for the organization to force the customer to close the consumer complaint without resolution? i need my problem to address rightly and effectively .
