[Resolved]  Intellipaat — The Online Courses are not at all upto mark

I have recently bought the Hadoop course from intellipaat. I have gone through one video before enrolling for the course which was quite good but when I bought the course. After I started the lectures by them I felt they have not planned the lectures as per online training this may be good for class room but there were many things which were skipped and after I wrote them for help their trainer was not able to provide me the same document which they have used in the training. I keep on writing them regarding the help but they only reply to follow the document and never willing to resolve the issue.

We do not only give money for training but also we put our time. Ideally they should return the money if they are not able to help students but they are neither willing to help nor willing to refund the amount.
I strongly demand a quality check for their course contents and remove those courses which are not upto mark they cannot just sell courses under the banner of intellipact and earn money for free.
This was the things which were promised to me before taking the course and nothing is fulfilled yet.

After posting the comment just got a call from one of the intellipaat employee that she will send me a document to resolve my queries(which was again not enough). I felt little trust as some one from their end actually came with a helping hand and concerned about the course .
She requested me to remove this comment from consumer forum and I had to pay was no access to the course for which I have paid full amount.

Whenever you raised the ticket to our support team we replied you and solved your concern. Even our support team members called you and said to arrange a one to one session from the trainer. Still you are not ready.

I have a very similar experience. I enrolled for Hadoop Admin and Advance Admin course and I was shocked to see the extremely quality of the course content . I am going to elaborate my complaint in a week's time if they don't update the course with latest version . I will spread the message in Twitter and Facebook and other social media and I encourage you to do the same . Do not let the cons go away without getting punished ... They 're robbers .

I have received a response from the Intellipaat team .They have made some changes in the course and have agreed to enroll me for the online class for the course I registered .
