Intellipaat — Unethical services to the customer and harassing them from 3rd party zest money party

I had enrolled for S/4 Hana Simple Finance Advance Course with intellipaat on june, 2019 with prior commitments from them to cover the particular topics but after paying the entire amount through zest money loan and had the first introduction session with trainer, I came to know that all the candidates in the session are fresher's and teacher was only covering the basic topics then I requested to change my batch and trainer but the 2nd trainer was also not able to cover my topics as he was not well experienced.
Then after wasting my lots of time for requesting multiple times to provide me the proper trainer who can give me the proper training for required topics, they asked me pay 60k more to cover the course.

Then I told them to refund my money and I don't want to proceed with this course, even I have not attended any of their session since beginning.
But still they are not refunding my money back.

I have all the confirmation on email and call recordings of their sales team member who assured me to cover all those topics.

How can anybody forcefully kept anybodies hard earned money without providing any services? This is rediculous and unethical.

Its been around more than 2years, they are not even refund the money but also harassing from their 3rd party vendor zest money.

Dear Piyush, The course advisor had shared the course curriculum to you prior to the enrollment and the same has been conducted in the live sessions. As informed to you earlier, You are not eligible for refunds since you have accessed the self-paced content, attended the live sessions.

We have shared your course access log and also tried communicating the same multiple times from the time you have joined - 14-Jun-2019. Copying the policies with you for your reference,

See the attached screenshot of emails. If still you have any excuses then shame on you for whatever you are doing to your customers just to earn money. You will be get punished one day for harassing people unneccesarily for your karmas..

Please Note, The outliners of the topics promised were covered in the live sessions and the self-paced content. You were expecting in-depth training on the additional training modules for which we had to re-arrange and re-schedule the curriculum specifically for you. The additional fee for the same was informed to you as per the trainers input.

Intellipaat is responsible for the committed curriculum delivery. The same was delivered in the live batch. The changes in the curriculum was specifically for you as per your requirement.

You are bloody lierrrrr... Call me looping Manmeet kaur your sales team executive.. When did she ever said that for the course content which she confirmed there will be additional fees charged. I have all the call recordings with her.. So don't say anything whats come to your mind which is not true... that's how you play with people by saying bogus statements. How did you resolved this case by your own.. It will not resolve till the time you cancel my loan.. You Fraudsters...

You are the big fraud and liers also.
Tell me one thing, have I enrolled for self paced content or live sessions!!! I had enrolled for live sessions only. Self paced content video's access was provided to me as extra benefit at free of cost without my consent. And those videos had nothing but just the basic details. I can even prepare such training videos better than that. I have accessed those videos just to check the course content and was not even interested after checking few ones.

Is there anywhere mentioned in your policy that you can ask your customers anytime to pay 60k more to cover the same course content which was initially committed at 20k to cover by your team members. Please show me that also.
