I have booked the flat in tower 2 of ild sprire in sector 37c of gurgaon. The builder has not only inordinately delay the possession but also not paying interest installment to dhfl from where the loan was taken under subvention plan.
Dhfl is threatening me and not compelling ild to pay installement.
Further, we are not sure when the property will hand over to us.
Need some urgent help in sorting this issue.

I have booked flat admeasuring super area 1702 sq. Ft block/ tower no. 02, floor no.04 in ild spire greens sector 37c gurgaon.
The dhfl had provided loan under subvention plan in phase manner in accordance with construction plan.
I yet to receive the possession and under the above agreement you as builder has to pay interest on the principal amount till the possession handed over to me. I yet to obtain possession as the said tower 2 is still under construction.

Now dhfl is chasing me for payment and apprised me that you have not paid last pre-emi. You are requested to discharge your liability at the earliest with an intimation to me. Further apprise me status for the said construction and when you will hand over possession to us..

Cidco, Belapur, navi mumbai, Please i request you to install cctv in all cidco premise's and proper info contact on sign boards email, etc. Corruption is going on a very high level and high degree officers to involved very shocking, cheating, grabbing farmers property on their name or builders.
