Intex Development — Warranty policy

In November 2020 I purchased Air flow airbed. A few months later it developed a bump and sleeping became extremely uncomfortable. It was too late to return it to Walmart, so I contacted Intex for warranty replacement. These guys think they are working in communist China! To get a replacement mattress I was supposed to fill up the warranty claim, cut a few pieces (per provide instructions), ship these pieces to their service center, send them pictures of the cut mattress, and wait for approval of the claim and the new matters shipped to me. I reasonably explained to them that this is the only mattress that I have now because my furniture didn't arrive yet, so I would have to sleep on the floor. The answer was that this is the company policy and my personal circumstances is not a company problem. Wonderful. First, they make low-quality products and after make customer suffer to get replacement one.
