Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Poor product and poor sale after service

I, purchased a mobile handset of Intex cloud sl.no. [protected] on 17/03/2016. Handset is under warranty . Touch not working. Deposited handset on 19th October, 16 with your service centre at Nehru Nagar, Ambedker Road, Ghaziabad 2001001. It was assured at service center that after service, handset may be collected back within 15 working days. My job sheet no. is[protected]T001. I am sorry to say that service center is not able to return back my handset.In my opinion Intex does not manufacture quality products not only quality is of substandard but it's sale after service is very poor and is far far away from customers satisfaction .Today I have also lodged a complaint with your customer care and ref. no. is [protected]AKB.May, I hope that any suitable action will be taken to expedite delivery of my handset after proper repairs.
