Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — service denial for under warranty intex washing machine | |||||
Purchased intex washing machine few months back with 2 years warranty from flipkart. Machine stopped working after few days. At first visit, technician confirmed on jobsheet that it's gearbox is damaged. But when intex came to know its purchased from e-commerce portal, intex denied to provide me service under warranty with genuine authentic part rather misbehaving, threatening me. Raised escalation till md @_narendrabansal and director @keshavbansal08 but no help.. Plz help me in getting my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
