Respected sir i deposit my phone in intex sevice centre at palampur regarding touch problem on dated 23/08/2016 and job no is[protected]t001 but till date i am not received my device/ phone. From last two weeks when i visit service centre palampur for know the status of my device then he told me again & again that replacement of my device is announced by company. i have purchased intex aqua star II HD FROM MOBILE SHOP in January 2016. Mobile is troubling me since 2 months. touch screen is operation on its own. Even when we dont touch the screen, itself opening applications and some times calls dialing. Kindly suggest me where to consult
