Intex Technologies — air condition stopped during working

I have pirchased a air conditon on may 2018 but it suddey stops during woking and i have submitted a complaint at toll free number [protected] having complaint no[protected] date 20/03/18,[protected] date 24/08/18 and[protected] date 09/8/18... Customer cares are not coming at our home for rectidication... What the services you r giving the customers... If you are not able to rectify customers problm then why u r making fools of customers... Disgusting services provided by intex... No body cares after selling... My advice to customers do not buy any product of intex...
