Sir, my name is narasimha rao i have brought an itel - a44pro mobile on 25/07/2018, in om sri jai ganesh vasu cell shop in narasaraopet, guntur dist-522601.
The main problem is battery is not charging still 3 days
So i am complaining to the authorized service center but the service center mechanic told that the batter is enlarged or expanded.
They are saying that there is no warranty to this problems, so what is the remedy for this problem i want the battery urgently or new mobile. I will no pay any amount for this battery.

Mene intex aqua lions x1+ phone july 2017 me purchase kiya tha tab se phone sirf 2 mahine hi mene chalaya baki time service centre par raha h abhi bhi nahi mila. meri life ka sabse bad quality device or service intex h. mujhe dukh h ki me intex par consumer court me case karane k liye vivash kiya gaya hu.

Maine Intex care Ko toll free number Ko 15 din phele coll Kiya tha abhi tuk uska reply nahi Aya.Uske bad Maine fir do din bad coll Kiya to o bole 24 ghante ke andar aapko service centre ka coll aayega yesa Maine panch bar coll karne ke bad bhi same answer mujhe Mila but abhi tuk meri problem solve nahi Please solve this issue sir.
