Dear Sir,
I am very sorry to inform you that on 26.09.2015 I have purchased one Aqua Extreme V Mobile
from the renowned mobile seller M/S, Ganesh Seth, on good faith and thinking your companies’
good will I have carried it in packed & sealed condition to my house but from the same date the
sound of the speaker is very low and much more below the average limit.
it seems to be manufracturing defectand accepted without your QC approval to capture rapid
market. I do not expect this type of attitude to cheat the valued customer from your company,
Please investigate how a defective set is released without QC inspection to capture the market.
As such you are requested to replace the said set at the earliest to avoid any future discrepancies
otherwise, I will have no alternate than to seek legal help through social media.

Dear Sir,
Furthermore, in connection of my complaints dated 30.09.2015 this is to inform you that the defected Set was presented to your Barrackpore Service Center, Mobile Solution, 35(8/B), Barasat Road, Barrackpore, Kolkata 122, Mo.[protected] on 01.10.2015 for checking and verifying of the Set, where it is confirmed that the sound of this new Set is much more below the standard sound and advice for replacement as it is within 7 days of purchase.
But, it is shown in their system that it is activated before 67 days and as per policy DOA can not be sanction as per policy, it is given in writing, it is also pointed out that it is not supporting the system.
As such the Set is returned and advised to contact with the Deler.
Accordingly the Set is deposited tio the Dealer M/S, Ganesh Seth.
Please arrange to replace the said defected set at the earliest to avoid any future discripancies.
