I very much regret to inform you that Intex product quality and customer care service both are very bad. No one is listening to customers' complaints. I had booked a complaint no A[protected] on the 19/10/2020 after very long follow up Intex team has replaced my LED with old repaired LED. Now again i repaired LED has stopped working on 10/03/2021 & i have booked complaint no B[protected] on dated 11/03/2021. Intex team give me 25/03/2021 date to solve my complaint but in spite of regular requests Intex team has not solved my complaint & gave me new date 03/04/2021 to solve my complaint but today again my complaint has not solved.
