Intex Technologies — pathetic service ever

On 24th May 2019 I logged a complaint at your customer care for LED display issue Ref. No.[protected]. Technician came within an hour, checked and found that they need to take the LED to service center for part replacement or something. As my LED has 3 years warranty, so he took Rs. 355 (including taxes) as service charge.
Next day i.e on 25th evening 2 guys came to take the LED however they don't have any paper / service receipt with them. When I refuse to give them the LED without any paper from the service center, they asked me to talk to service center manager / supervisor. The number which I got on SMS [protected], no one pick up the phone on that. So they call from their number and person on the other side asked me to come to the service center and take the paper. I done the same and they told me that LED will be fixed by 27th or maximum by 28th May.
When I didn't get any response from the service center till 28th evening, I called to your customer care again and they told me that they are escalating my complaint. Again next day I called and got same response, so I asked them to connect me with supervisor. I had a word with floor supervisor Mr. Ajit. He told me that he will check with the area service manager and let me know by next day 2 PM.
Next day I got a call from him before the mentioned time and he confirmed that LED will be delivered by 3rd June. When I haven't received it by the mentioned date, I called again and had hell lot of discussions with supervisor Mr. Budha Prakash. Mainly I wasted my time.
On 4th and 5th I called your customer care multiple time as your service center guys never pick up the call, on both numbers provided [protected] and [protected]. And finally on 5th around 5 PM LED delivered. As per the service center guy its a new LED as they were unable to fix the issue. So it took them 10 days for them. I got a sms with Jobsheet no.[protected]F0013.

Yesterday evening LED suddenly stopped because of same issue. I called your customer care today morning and asked them to reopen my previous complaint which was closed just 2 days back. I believe they done the same. However I received a new complaint no.[protected].
Again technician visit and diagnosed that LED will again go to service center. I mean what the hell is happening? Again I need to wait for next 10 days?
He don't have any answer for that I want me to contact customer care. I called and asked for a supervisor, Mr. Busha Prakash promised me a call back before 5 PM today and disconnected the call. I visit your service center and the person over there was very very rude to me. don't want to listen anything.

I came back and logged a complaint with National Consumer Forum, Docket no. 1368633. They told me to send an email to you guys, saying that resolve the issue ASAP otherwise we need to forward it to consumer forum. And they will also send it from their side to Intex head office.

My question are: What is the market percentage of Intex? Why should I buy any Intex product again? Why should I recommend Intex product to anyone? In this competitive market, this kind of pathetic service you guys are providing? Give me one good reason to sit and wait, without escalating it to further?

I want my LED to be fixed ASAP. Give me new / refurbished, that's your problem. It should be work for next 1 year at least and complete the warranty period.

Revert me ASAP with positive response. I don't have free time for calling or email you guys again and again.
