Intex Technologies — product have lot of issue

I purchased this product as feb 2019, but this product have lot of issue in mother board shortage, Finger Print Sensor Issue, USB Power cable, Battery drain, Headphone.And nearly one month period is take to solve the mother shortage issue, in service centers don't give a alternate mobiles for that time, and in service centers they offer a mobile replacement but the features requirements is not meet the original product.so i Kindly request you to provide a replacement for that mobile with meet the feature requirements of the original product.
