I have booked for refrigerator service since my refridgerator was having a cooling problem. I used the online service https://www.customercaresupport.com/services/Electrolux-Repair/bangalore to book a service. I got an sms from intimeservice.com with service id 575489. Immediately i got a call from one mr. Sathish from [protected] saying he will arrive the evening to repair it. He sent two boys who did not look professional one of them mohammad yusuf [protected]. They immediately removed the timer and thermostat and said rs4000 needs to be paid.. I asked to find a replacement for the thermostat. They came aroun 9pm and told they could not find a thermostat, i asked them to replace it and leave the fridge in working condition as before and paid them 400rs. They replaced the parts and i don't know if they were the parts that were taken from the fridge or some other junk parts, the fridge is not working and they have just left me high and dry. All the items in the fridge are spoiled costing more than 3k rupees. I want to be compensated for this loss and their irresposible attitude and their website should be pulled down. Their helpline [protected] is not working and the number is showing as galma service center customer support. Was this information helpful? |
