[Resolved]  Inventory Biz — Cheating

Dear Friends, I purchased one Inventory Biz billing software from Integrate Solutions, Thycadu, Trivandrum. Its model is 4.5 standard version. I used about 2 years. After this I changed my printer (Dot matrix type) and I called the dealer to set the print format. One service person came to my shop and set print format and asked Rs 550. I paid the charge. He gave one bill against the payment. But there is some mistakes in my FORM 8 bill. So I called to the same office, the same person came. He rectified the problem and he asked Rs 550. . I paid the charge again. He gave one bill against that payment. After this I saw a new type of software in my system ie, Inventory Biz 5.4 trail version. Then I called the dealer. He said that I should pay Rs 14500 for single user otherwise my trail version will expire within 30 days. I called another dealer in in Kollam town . He said that the new software cost (5.4 version single user) is Rs 9000 only. For up gradation from 4.5 to 5.4 is only Rs 2000. I called their HO at Kollam. The customer care person adviced me to go to the same dealer only. I again called the same dealer. Replay is same. That means the Trivandrum dealer (Integrate Solutions, Thycadu, Trivandrum) try to lick Rs 12500. Now I have no other source to enter my transactions. So I request you that don’t buy this software.
