Investment Intermedi — transfer of amount without any approval

My account has been deducted by this sbi firm two times on same day 4th jan with amount of 3650 two times ..why did they deduct the amount without any permission...kindly solve this problem..and i want to know why did they deduct the amount ..is this sbi work now a days to cut amount from the acvcount without any approval or information

What is investment intermedi, I don't know. Here it is debited 295 Rs from my account without my permission. I want refund of that amount. It is ridiculously debit. Pls help me. I can't afford it because I have minimum balance in my account.
