Investor India Gurgaon — fraud against property

In mid august 2018 the investor india gurgaon-broker came to us with the confirm flat allotment under management quota. We have booked 2 flat and given rs95000 each under that quota and investor india given us written confirmation that we will get confirm allotment of flat. The project name is grand iva, builder signature global and address is sector 103 dwarka expressway. Apart from that we have given 1.25 lac each to signature as 5 % advance for flat. After 1month when draw date came the people of investor not even told us about the draw and after investigating we came to know we didn't got any flat and we got cheated. Then when we asked investor india why it happens then investor india are making useless exuces saying that in your pancard your father name is written and not husband name which is foolish think as in every pancard father name is only always there. Then we asked investor india to return back our hard-earned money they provided 2 cheque of rs95000 each.. When we deposit one cheque it get bounced. Then we told investor india to return back the amount quickly as we will make complaint, these people will stop picking our call and told us we will transfer the amount soon. Till date they only transfer one amount and rest out of 95000 still it is pending 10000. Now they are blackmailing us to give our documents back then we will give amount back and give threatening message to us. Now i want payment along with compensation as per percentage from investor india.. This is fraud.
