7.12.2018 i received a message from zero b that my complaint would be attended soon. My complaint no. Cmpl309384. The service person came and collected rs. 300/- cash and said that the next day he would come with the spare and repair. But so far he has not attended and they are not reachable over phone. There after we have been buying the mineral water bottles for my ailing parents and for the family with child at home. I request my complaint be attended on top priority as we cannot afford to buy everyday the mineral water bottles. Was this information helpful? | |||||
