IRB Infrastructure — double toll deducted at talegaon toll plaza 10th aug 2019

Hello sir / madam,

Today 10th aug 2019 i was travelling khopoli from pune on mumbai-pune express way.

At talegaon toll, i was told etc is not working please pay cash. Thus i paid cash 138/.
Moved on towards khopoli. Within 04 min i received message on mobile that rs. 138/- is deducted from my account as charges of tool at talegaon thru etc.

Thus i am charged double rs 138/- when i was not supposed to be charged anything at talegaon.

How do i get refund of this amount?

Road condition is very bad then why we pay toll
It is nonsense also toll buth collection process is also very very slow
