IRB Infrastructure — double toll deduction at shedung toll | |||
On 25/12/19 while travelling towards pune on nh48. Toll tax was deducted twice at shedung toll plaza. It was told to me that scanners are not working and i was asked to pay toll manually. Manual receipt details : no. [protected] Timing 10:18:34 Rs.35 Shedung nh48 e03, towards pune. Dear team,
I was traveling with my family from Mumbai to Karjat yesterday.
I recharged my Fastag and the money got smoothly deducted at Airoli toll naka.
Inspite of having balance in the Fastag, two staff at Shedung Toll insisted to pay cash.
When I told them that I have balance in my Fastag, one of the person got the laser scanner, scanned the Fastag scanner and then started asking for money.
I showed them that I have balance on my idfc Fastag account but they were not ready to listen, one person stood infront of my car and the other one in hat started talking rudely, he kept demanding cash and said "tumko dimag nahin hai, gaadi peeche khadi kar do, nahin jaane dega".
Its really disappointing, on the tool booth it was mentioned - No cash payment, I recharged my idfc Fastag but still I was forced to pay cash and had to face such rude and bullying staff.
I am sharing the video of the 2 staff at the Shedung toll, both were bullying and the one with jacket and hat was super rude. He started bullying and threatening.
I would request the toll management to take strict action against him. Please let me know if you need any further details.
