[Resolved] IRB Infrastructure — fastag issue

Today 10.01.2019, i was going to pune. I paid manually rs. 230 at khalapur toll plaza (Receipt no. 7732 dated 10.01.2019, lane no. 99) as the representative at toll plaza told me that there is no fastag in the lane in which my vehicle (Mh46x2768) was moving. But at talegaon toll plaza the fasttag scanner deducted additional rs. 173. I told the representative at talegaon toll plaza that i have manually paid rs. 230/- at khalapur toll, then he told me that it is by default that the fastatg has deducted the amount and they can't refund the amount. Pursuant to expiry of concession period for Mumbai-Pune Expressway, we have already handed over project to MSRDC on 10/8/2019. The incident forwarded to us is subsequent to our handing over of project to MSRDC and therefore we express our inability to comment on same. 2.
