[Resolved] IRB Infrastructure — fastag local exemption - within 10 km

Last two month we are taking benefit against exemption of local residence through fast tag rs. 260/-. Now since 15 days i am continuously chasing for renewal but they could not position to issue the same pass. Even though new tender staff is not supportive. They are instating for 1050 monthly pass which how we can accept. Vehicle no mh14hq8587 - need your immediate support for getting the pass.

Greetings!
We are in receipt of your email dtd: 10.03.20, regarding issue of local pass of Rs.260/- at Dehuraod Toll Plaza, in this context, we would like to clarify as under:
1. We are carrying out toll operations at aforesaid toll plaza as per Concession Agreement executed with Maharashtra Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) and guidelines issued by MSRDC form time to time.

2. As per Govt. Notification No.S.O.1429 (E), (copy available at toll plaza)
there is provision of discounted Monthly Pass for local residents (residing nearby toll plaza within certain radius ) for their non-commercial vehicles subject to fulfilling the conditions mentioned therein.
3. To avail this facility of Local Pass you have to submit vehicle registration documents, proof of residence etc. at Toll Plaza Administration Office. After verification of documents and if documents are found in order. You may be issued local pass. This usually takes 2-3 working days after submission of documents.
4. In case you are eligible please visit at Toll Plaza Administration Office along with valid documents for vehicle and residence.
