[Resolved] IRB Infrastructure — Non c/fd of Nov 2016 monthly charges to Dec 2016 | |||
I had purchased monthly pass for Nov 2016 on 1st Nov, post 8th Dec per govt. Toll charges were waived for almost entire month.typically for all the users who had purchased monthly pass- the validity of pass should have been extended thru' Dec, which is not the case. I seek an explanation as to why is it so, and also would appreciate if I am been provided with any government notification which states that users are required to purchase monthly pass for Dec 2016 again abd Nov amount won't be c/fd I had called 67335900 but the concerned person is never available Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Dec 26, 2016 IRB Infrastructure Customer Care's response Dear Mr.Subodh, We have for reference your email dtd : 17.12.16 & received through ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ relating to extension of validity of Monthly Pass & we wish to state as under : We would like to clarify that as per directives of Govt. Of India, MoRTH, validity of Monthly Passes purchased in the month of Nov’16 (before 9th) are being extended for valid period for the month of Dec’16.
