[Resolved]  IRB Infrastructure — refund of double toll charges

Address:Thane, Maharashtra, 400601

Dear sir/madam,

I was charged toll as well as the money was deducted from my fasttag account. Attached is the receipt of the toll bill and my paytm statement.

Apart from this also on 23rd feb inr 99 /- was deducted from my fasttag account when the entry for the car with mh14 was free. And my car number is start with mh 14.

Request refund for inr 230 and inr 99.

We are in receipt of your email dated 11.03.2020, we would like to clarify that, transaction is prior to taking over by IRB, we have taken over Mumbai-Pune Toll project from 01/03/2020 08.00 a.m.

Please contact earlier operating Agency M/s Sahkar Global or MSRDC.

On 25.12.2020 i had paid cash to khalapur toll towards pune...and in talegaon toll i have shown them the payment receipt...but when i crossed few km from talegaon toll i have seen in my massage that in my Fastag account again the toll charges had charged... My vehicle number is MH-01-By-4977.

You may please check at your end, and refund the toll, since it was wrongly twice charged to me.
