Irctc — air ticket not booked, money taken, no intimation | |||
I have booked an a flight ticket on 26 dec 2017 from ranchi to delhi in the name: sushama satpathy. Paid amount rs2954. No confirmation, intimation was given about the non-booking of such ticket. As a result i enquired irctc on tool free no and it was very difficult to contact Then i knew from go air office that this ticket has not been booked but money paid fom our bank. Then i rebooked another ticket in the same name on 28.12.11 paying rs3450 again through irctc. Wth the same name. Such process and rpt action made me to spend rs504 in excess. (Pnr-td4isx) It is not a mistake of mine. I wish irctc to take care of this excess amount or else i will be dissatisfied. Was this information helpful? | |||

I booked ticket on thakal on two days before and iam in waiting list and ticket not confirmed and railway cancelled my ticket and refund half of my money

Sir, housekeeping and sweepers are asking for tips. Its reaaly iritating for passengers. Today i am going by Train no.
