Irctc — Amount of ticket was debited but ticket was not made

Dear Sir, I want to bring in your notice that i have booked the ticket from Varanasi to Ranchi on date 01/12/2012 from the account no:[protected]. My transiction reference number is[protected]IGO4267631 transfer to [protected] SBI IRCTC COLLECT. The amount debited is RS 581.24. This amount was debited from my account but the ticket was not made. and I didnot recieve a PNR number also.
