Irctc — Bed bugs in 2ac coach bedspreads pillows

I travelled with my family in Chennai express-no-22681 in 2AC coach A2 on 07/05-
Bedspreads given to us were dirty and full of bedbugs. Even pillows had blood stains and had stinking smell.

Due to bed bugs biting, my kid developed skin rashes and we could not sleep during the entire journey .

1.After spending 2710 Rs for the comfortable journey, I fail to understand why I should undergo such painful journey and I would request irctc to take action against the agency outsourced to this job to prevent recurrence. The same was highlighted and shown to TTR also.
2.I also request irctc to arrange for refunding the 2AC fare charged to me and after deducting unreserved class fare from Mysore to Chennai.I am unable to upload photos in this web page due to error.But, I have mailed all photo proof to IRCTC today.(
