Irctc — False reservation charges debited | |||
Hello, As per statement of my ICICI Bank an amount of Rs.2417.47 has been deducted twice reference BIL/[protected]/IRCTCINDIAN RAILWAY/[protected] and BIL/[protected]/IRCTC INDIAN RAILWAY/ [protected] from a/c no.[protected]. I have checked from booked history that I have not booked any Railway Ticket for myself or my family member for this amount. This is totally falls. Kindly refund my money urgently. Thanks.
