IRCTC — I - ticket not received pnr no. [protected]

I have booked a i - ticket pnr no. [protected] on 5th feb 2018, journey date was 19th feb 2018, but the till date i don't received my i - ticket also written to [protected]@irctc.co.in & [protected]@irctc.co.in & also written on railway ministry & irctc twitter page many times, but there is no reply.
Now i want my money back. Please help
