[Resolved] Irctc — Missed Train due to wrong information provided by Railwal Enquiry 139 | |||
Hi, We had one waiting window ticket with PNR[protected] and other confirmed online booked ticket with PNR [protected] for SPC DELHI PASS with Train No. 54075 on 26th October, 2014.We both missed the train due to wrong information provided by Railway Enquiry no 139. My sister called 139 around 7 p.m. and came to know that SPC Delhi PASS is running late by around 1 hour from its scheduled departure and then I called at 7:33 p.m.to enquire about the status of the train and I was informed that the train is running late by around 1 hour 30 minutes from its scheduled departure time 7:53 p.m.So when I reached Bareilly Junction at around 9 pm, I came to know that train had already departed.Since I had to catch a flight next morning, we ran to the bus-stop to catch bus for Delhi and had to face a lot of inconvenience .I have attached our bus tickets and my train ticket for your consideration.
