IRCTC — not refunding my money against tdr filed

Sir, I booked two tickets for 2nd jan
PNR No. [protected] from Amritsar to Delhi but as train was running very late, I got my tickets cancelled and filed tdr. Few days back I got mail from railways that my tdr got rejected as I travelled but I didn't travel and have send my bus tickets as proof of that day travel as a proof indicating that we have not travelled through train. Also you can check the cctv footage of Delhi metro, as after getting down from the bus on 03/01/2018 at around 8.30 am we travelled from jahangiri metro station to huda city center metro station. Kindly refund our money. I have send multiple mails at [protected]@irctc.co.in and also at [protected]@icrtc.co.in but no reply.
