Irctc — refund money not credited my saving account | |||
On 21 feb 2020 i booked, train ticket, through irctc by use canara bank debit card, the money (Rs. 6017.36) was debited from my saving a/c[protected]. Then cancelled the ticket on 19-mar-2020. Pnr number : [protected] Cancellation id : [protected]. Money was refunded by irctc by two instalment, rs.5220.0 on 21-mar-2020 and rs.760.00 on 04-apr-2020. But only rs.5220.00 creadited to my account, and rs 760.00 bank refund txn id - [protected], 04 apr 2020 not creadited till date S. No rfnd amt status settlementid date 1 760.0 refunded [protected] 04-apr-2020 bank refund txn id - [protected] 2 5220.0 refunded [protected] 21-mar-2020 bank refund txn id - [protected] Canara bank ichapur, west bengal. Baa/c no[protected] Ifsc-cnrb0002804 I am really confused whether the problem is with irctc or canara bank.
