[Resolved]  Irctc — Refund not get

Dear Sir, I booked for 27.10.2013 Falaknuma Exp ticket . But on that date train cancelled.No information coming regarding TDR filling process from irctc.We general people, we don;t know regarding TDR.1st nov irctc customer care themselves filled TDR, but after that they told that i can;t any refund for the same.so, i want to know why they should not inform me regarding TDR fillng? why they filled TDR after 72 hrs? why can i not get my money refund?kindly reply me.
