Our train was cancelled on 9 aug 2019 due flood. But ticket fair will not refund to us till today after completed 6 days of journey date. I'm using SBI credit card and i have login for IRCTC shubyatra. Earlier I have booked with my login credentials.
Now, I'm unable access the website and unable redeem my loyalty points.
